This Privacy Policy describes how Fish Hopper ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play the Game on your Android device. Fish Hopper is a free, ad-supported casual arcade game. We designed it to collect as little information as possible.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
The Game itself does not ask for, collect, store or transmit any of the following:
- Your name, email address, phone number or any account information (no registration is required)
- Your contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera
- Your precise location (GPS)
2. Information Stored Only on Your Device
The Game saves the following data locally on your device only. It is never uploaded or shared, and it is deleted when you uninstall the Game:
- Your best scores and the date/time they were achieved
- Your sound on/off preference
3. Third-Party Services (SDKs) Used by the Game
The Game includes the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). These services may automatically collect certain information from your device as described below and in their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob & Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google LLC)
Used to display banner, interstitial and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may collect and process:
- Advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Android)
- IP address (used to derive approximate, city-level location)
- Device information (model, operating system version, screen size, language)
- App interaction information related to ads (e.g. which ads were viewed or clicked)
- General diagnostic and performance data
Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

Google Play Services (Google LLC)
Required by AdMob and provided by the Android system. It may process device identifiers and diagnostic information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Unity Engine (Unity Technologies)
The Game is built with the Unity engine. Unity may collect limited device information (such as device model, operating system and graphics capabilities) strictly necessary to run the Game correctly. We do not use Unity Analytics, Unity Ads or Unity in-app purchase services.

4. How the Collected Information Is Used
- To display and measure advertisements, which keep the Game free
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the advertising system
- To diagnose crashes and technical problems
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the collected information for any purpose other than the ones listed above.
5. Advertising Choices
- Personalized ads: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. You may refuse and still play the Game with non-personalized ads.
- Reset your Advertising ID: Android Settings > Google > Ads.
- Rewarded ads: watching a rewarded video (for example to revive after a game over) is always optional.
6. Children's Privacy
Fish Hopper is a general-audience game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). The Game requires no registration and collects no personal data itself. Advertising is served in accordance with Google Play and AdMob policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service in the Game, please contact us so we can address it.
7. Data Retention
Local game data (scores, settings) stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Information collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers' own policies, linked above.
8. Security
The Game transmits data only through the third-party services listed in this policy, which use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS). No sensitive personal data is handled by the Game itself.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data held by the advertising providers listed above. Since we do not hold personal data ourselves, such requests are best directed to those providers; we will nevertheless help you exercise your rights if you contact us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example if we add or remove an SDK). Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be reflected in the Game's store listing.
